Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

All eCommerce Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.  For most orders over 6 pounds or 6 bags of coffee we ship for free.  All other orders are charged a flat rate of $6.50 per order and $12.50 for west coast states.  We do not guarantee any delivery transit times.  For most carriers transit times are as follows:

1-4 Day Delivery
North Carolina
South Carolina
Georgia

3-5 Day Delivery
All other states except those listed below

4-6 Day Delivery
California
Oregon
Washington State

No transit times are guaranteed by West End Coffee Roasters and are subject to all terms and conditions of the individual carrier.  The transit times shown above are for illustration purposes only and do not imply any guarantee of service. 

HANDLING TIME

Orders received Monday through Thursday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours after receipt.  For orders received after 12:00 PM on Friday along with Saturday and Sunday those orders are normally processed and shipped the following Monday.

HANDLING FEES

West End Coffee Roasters does not charge any handling or packaging fees for orders placed through our ecommerce site www.westendcoffee.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time West End Coffee Roasters does not offer any international shipping to any country outside of the United States of America.  We do offer shipping and rates for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
